Staying physically and mentally healthy during times of great stress - such as the COVID-19 pandemic - can be a challenge. Employee Assistance Counselor Tanya Lauer from Life & Work Connections shares evidence-based practices that will help you develop the skills you need to stay balanced and flexible in an uncertain world. (This is the first of two live meetings in the G.R.O.W. Resilience in the Face of Adversity workshop. After four weeks of email activities, the workshop will finish with a final live session.)
