Virtual – Vinyasa Yoga Class
Vinyasa yoga is a discipline that uses a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to stretch and strengthen the body while creating internal energy. This class is appropriate for all levels. Please note that all classes can be done without equipment. Instructors may offer common household items that can be used to enhance your practice, should you wish to use them.
