CANCELED – Monthly University Employee Mini-Health Screening

When: July 15, 2020 7:00am to 10:00am

New in 2020! Each month, Life & Work Connections will offer free 20-minute mini-health screenings at a location on the Tucson campus. These mini-health screenings are for full benefits-eligible employees, who may participate once each calendar year. Registration is required and spots are limited.

Quick facts:

The new mini-health screening program will operate faster, serve more employees, and create more screening choices. Services include:

  • A fasting* full blood draw lipid panel
  • A hemoglobin A1C test
  • Weight and waist measurement
  • Osteoporosis screening

*Fasting for 8 hours prior to appointment. Water and medications are permitted.

Results will be mailed to the employee within 5-7 business days following a screening. LWC staff will offer free consultations regarding the results.

Are you located outside of Tucson? These mini-health screenings can be brought to off-site locations as well. For information on scheduling, please contact Chad Myler, MS, CHES, at cmyler@email.arizona.edu.
