What is Social Justice?

A group of UA residence assistants talk about their experiences with racism and discrimination and their training around social justice in a newly released video.
Residence Life staff produced the video to explain social justice, providing some common definitions on terms such as diversity, privilege and identity. Resident assistants and Residence Life staff also talk about challenges they and others have faced around race, class, gender, ability and sexual orientation.
